I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, where the hospitality was truly very good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the experience was slightly marred by an initial room issue that took some time to resolve, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt a bit dark at times. Overall, it was a pleasant experience worth repeating.
